수직성과 물성의 로비
로비는 높은 층고와 기둥을 통해 강한 수직적 상승감을 형성하며, 방문자에게 건물의 규모감과 공간의 상징성을 동시에 전달한다. 엄격한 비례 체계 속에서 구성된 공간은 단순한 진입 영역을 넘어, 건축 전체의 질서와 위계를 압축적으로 드러내는 상징적 장면으로 작동한다. 바닥에서 천장까지 이어지는 전면 유리는 내외부의 경계를 시각적으로 확장시키며, 도시의 가로 풍경을 로비 내부 깊숙이 끌어들인다. 묵직한 석재 기둥의 존재감은 투명한 유리면과 선명한 대비를 이루며 긴장감 있는 균형을 형성하고, 공간에는 개방감과 안정감이 동시에 공존한다.
공간 전반을 지배하는 따뜻한 베이지 톤의 천연석 마감은 절제된 우아함과 안정적인 분위기를 형성한다. 석재의 질감은 자연광과 인공조명에 따라 미세하게 변화하며 공간에 깊이와 물성의 밀도를 부여한다. 이러한 재료의 물성은 로비를 단순한 전이 공간이 아닌, 감각적 경험이 응축된 장소로 인식하게 한다.
천장의 평행한 선형 요소들은 공간에 방향성과 리듬을 부여하며, 시선을 자연스럽게 엘리베이터 홀 방향으로 유도한다. 반복되는 루버 시스템은 공조 및 소방 설비, 조명 요소를 통합·은폐하며, 천장면을 순수하고 정제된 면으로 유지한다.
천장 루버와 벽면이 만나는 경계의 간접 조명은 천장면에 부유감을 형성하고, 확산되는 빛은 석재의 질감을 강조하며 공간의 중량감을 부각시킨다. 결과적으로 로비는 빛과 재료, 비례와 구조가 정교하게 중첩된 하나의 건축적 풍경으로 완성된다.

Lobby: Verticality and Material Presence
The lobby establishes a strong sense of verticality through its monumental ceiling height and structural columns, conveying both the scale and symbolic presence of the building. Defined by a rigorous proportional order, the space becomes an architectural expression of hierarchy and clarity. Full-height glazing dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior, extending the lobby toward the urban streetscape. The solidity of the stone columns contrasts with the transparency of the glass facade, balancing openness and permanence.
Warm beige natural stone defines the atmosphere with restrained elegance and material depth. Its texture shifts under changing light, enriching the lobby with tactile presence and transforming it into a condensed spatial experience.
Linear ceiling elements establish rhythm and directionality, guiding movement toward the elevator hall. The louver system integrates and conceals mechanical, lighting, and fire protection systems while maintaining a refined ceiling plane.
Concealed cove lighting creates the impression of a floating ceiling plane, while diffused light accentuates the texture of the stone surfaces and the interplay of shadow and mass. As a result, the lobby emerges as an architectural landscape where light, material, proportion, and structure form a singular spatial experience.
