VIP Office & Roofscape
최상층에 위치한 VIP 오피스와 리셉션은 도시와 하늘 사이에 놓인 하나의 부유하는 플랫폼으로 계획되었다. 방문자는 절제된 리셉션 공간을 지나 전면 유리 너머의 도시 풍경과 마주하며, 내부는 따뜻한 석재와 우드 마감, 정제된 천장 시스템을 통해 차분한 긴장감과 품격을 형성한다.
리셉션의 폴딩 도어가 완전히 개방되면 내부와 테라스의 경계는 사라지고, 공간은 외부로 자연스럽게 확장된다. 반복되는 수직 프레임과 길게 드리워지는 그림자는 실내와 도시 풍경을 하나의 연속된 장면으로 연결하며, 빛과 바람, 시간의 변화가 공간 경험 안으로 스며든다.
VIP 오피스와 회의 공간은 도시를 향해 넓게 열려 있으면서도 절제된 디테일과 균형 잡힌 비례를 통해 집중감과 안정감을 유지한다. 결과적으로 이 최상층 공간은 업무 시설을 넘어, 도시와 내부, 개방성과 위계가 중첩되는 하나의 건축적 풍경으로 완성된다.

AMC Headquarters Tower
VIP Office & Roofscape
Positioned at the top of the tower, the VIP office and reception are conceived as a suspended platform between the city and the sky. Visitors enter a restrained reception space framed by expansive glazing, where warm stone, dark wood, and refined ceiling systems establish an atmosphere of calm precision and understated prestige.
When the folding doors fully open, the boundary between interior and terrace dissolves, allowing the space to extend seamlessly outward. Repetitive vertical frames and elongated shadows connect the interior with the urban skyline, while light, air, and changing time become part of the spatial experience.
The VIP office and conference areas remain broadly open toward the city while maintaining a sense of concentration and composure through restrained detailing and balanced proportions. Ultimately, the top-floor suite becomes more than a workplace — it emerges as an architectural landscape where openness, hierarchy, and the city converge into a singular spatial experience.
